For 2012, we are focusing on the timely and relevant aspects of “Thriving in a Brave New World:  Driving Performance and Innovation.”

Our programs for 2012:

      Responding to our member survey results that indicated a desire for some meetings dealing with in-depth discussions of functional issues within HR, our June meetings center on Driving Performance. 

      In September, we cover the topic of New Capabilities.   During those meetings, we’ll discuss how to accelerate the development of newly identified necessary capabilities during times of transformation in our organizations, industries and economies. 

      Lastly, our October meetings also tackle a specific functional issue, namely that of measuring the ROI of Talent Management and verifying the business benefits of HR’s investments in people.

Of course, these are all in addition to the events and services provided by HRPS and the resources provided on both the HRSF and HRPS websites.

As always, our goal is to provide thought leadership for the strategic human capital community with formats that support content sharing and open dialogue.  We are encouraged in this mission by our growing membership of senior leaders and leading thinkers in HR who have continued to support our organization and attend our programs.
